The Leeds Survivor-Led Crisis Service’s (LSLCS) SafeZone programme, a beacon of support for young people in crisis, has received a boost in visibility thanks to strategic marketing support from Impact Communications. Recognising the critical role SafeZone plays in the community, we developed a brand identity and visual narrative that effectively conveys the programme’s core message.
SafeZone offers confidential crisis support to adolescents aged 11-17 and their parents/carers. Through one-to-one sessions with specially trained Crisis Support Workers, young people can find a warm, compassionate, and empathetic space to talk openly about their challenges. To ensure confidentiality and respect individual privacy, SafeZone provides separate support sessions for young people and their parents/carers. This thoughtful approach allows young people to express themselves freely and receive the support they need without fear of judgment.
By partnering with Impact Communications, LSLCS has equipped SafeZone with a strong brand identity that will resonate with the target audience, improve awareness of the programme’s vital services and ensure that young people in crisis know where to turn for help.
