Awareness campaign promotes essential support service for deaf people

Recognising the unique needs of the Deaf community in Leeds, LSLCS reached out to Impact Communications to amplify awareness for their essential mental health support services. Understanding the importance of accessibility, we used specifically targeted messaging focused on highlighting LSLCS’s dedicated team of deaf workers who can provide culturally appropriate support.

Our direct messaging and strategic marketing support helped shed light on ‘The Deaf Project,’ a cornerstone of LSLCS’s support services for deaf people in Leeds. This peer support group, specifically designed for deaf individuals, fosters a safe and welcoming environment where participants can openly discuss challenges and build positive connections with others who share their experiences.
